Game Recommendation: Uncharted Waters Origin

Post by frohner1 »

i used to play uncharted waters on the snes. i enjoyed sailing from port to port, making discoveries and trading goods. i was terrible at fighting pirates tho, so my games never seemed to last too long. ive been having an itch to play this game again for years and years.. "origin" has the nostalgic feel that i was looking for, but also with a more modern feel. i have not had any trouble with the pirates so far and there is a non pvp server "utopia ocean".

its a nice game, i think, despite the "mixed" reviews. a lot of them call it a bad mobile port and pay for progression. maybe that will happen later? but for now im just enjoying the game for what it is, and its fun, imo.

I began my adventures on the Internet back when GeoCities (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yahoo!_GeoCities) ruled the World Wide Web. My first 2 websites were fansites dedicated to Pokémon, and the American heavy metal band Metallica. It was a simpler time.
